So please be sure to keep literacy a top priority during these summer months and “Keep On Reading”!

Hall County Summer Reading 2018
School may be out, but your child can enjoy reading all summer long!
● Be sure to visit a Hall County Library branch near you for free performances, story times, crafts, and
family fun nights during their Summer Reading Program, “Libraries Rock!” For more details, visit:

● Check out books from home all summer long through Hall County’s Digital Bookshelf with over 1,000

● Every Hall County School and Gardens on Green have a Little Free Library stocked with a variety of
current titles that students can visit any time to “Leave-A-Book and Take-A-Book!”
● Suggested summer reading lists are available for elementary, middle, and high school levels. These

● The Reading Rocket bookmobile may be coming to a Hall County School near you! Ask your Media

On April 23rd -April 27th  the Media Center will be hosting a “Buy One Get One Free” Scholastic Book Fair. This event will include a fun-filled variety of books and activities. Hours for this fair will be as follows; Family Night is on Tuesday, April 24th, and the fair will be open from 8:30-6pm.  Monday and Thursday the Book Fair will be open 8:30am-3:00pm and Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am-2:00pm. Please remember that we are required to charge 7% sales tax on all purchases.  As always, we appreciate your support of the Media Center and look forward to seeing you at the Book Fair.
